Jan 5, 2010	The ESWL Center of Chang Gung Memorial Hospital (CGMH) at Linkou has officially started the use of the Lite-Med ESWL system for the treatment of their urinary stone patients. With Lite-Med's patented dual-module localization and ultrasound tracking and locking system the LM-9200 ELMA provides CGMH stone patients with very fine and safe stone treatment service.
Nov 19, 2009	The "Taiwan Healthcare Industry Innovation and Excellence Awards 2009", recognizing achievements in the local life sciences sector, was held on November 19 this year at a ceremony at Taipei's Grand Hyatt Hotel. Now in its third year, this event is fast becoming renown as the occasion where future prominent companies are first identified and recognized. Lite-Med was one of the companies receiving this year's awards which were presented by the guest of honor, the Vice President of Taiwan, Vincent Siew. Oct 3, 2008	We proudly acquired the “Industrial Innovation achievement award” created by the Ministry of Economic Affairs for our product of Automatic Dual Localization & Calculus Tracking / Locking System ESWL”. Their goal is to assist enterprises in receive supports, and transform Taiwan from “Made in Taiwan” to “Innovated in Taiwan,” not limiting to technology breakthrough only. Industrial innovation needs to start from many small areas, the key is multi-value innovations. The hidden benefits of the series of value through innovation will be immeasurable, and that is the direction the Taiwan must work toward.
Sep 17, 2008	We proudly acquired the “2008 Taipei Biotech Award” for our product of Automatic Dual Localization & Calculus Tracking / Locking System ESWL”. The activity was organized By the Taipei City Government, executed by the Financial Group Legal Person of Biotech Development Center, and regarded among the technique industry circle as the highest level of prize. The qualification examination committee consisted of government officials, scholars, and experts in the fields of “the technical specialty”, “the financial management” and “the wisdom property rights” . Out of the numerous competitors/ manufacturers, we finally obtained the award , symbolizing the committee’s appraisal of our product. In response to such an honor, we will enhance continuously our determination and diligence for the medical equipment’s research and development.
Mar 28, 2008	The First France-Taiwan Workshop on Bilateral Cooperation in Health Technologies: Diagnostic Imaging, Telemedicine & Homecare was held in National Yang-Ming University Activity Center on March 26th to 28th, 2008. It’s our honor being invited to participate for oral presentation entitled” Fluoroscopy & Ultrasound Images in Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripter”. This presentation make deeply impressed on associated laboratory in France. After workshop, Dr. Jean-Francois Aubry, senior researcher of Wave and Acoustics Laboratory (www.loa.espci.fr) visited our lab and had great discussion with our engineers. In the future, under the Tecsan (France) and NSR (Taiwan) support, we may have the international cooperation research project about high advanced medical instrument.
Oct 4, 2007	The project leader of France Research Department- TecSan, Dr. Christian Roux visited LITE-MED INC. The objective of this trip in Taiwan is to promote the health technique international cooperation between our country research department and enterprises. Because our product “Automatic Dual Localization & Calculus Tracking / Locking System ESWL” published last year in France got impressed, LITE-MED is one of companies TecSan wants to visit. It is our honor to get its opportunity.

April 8, 2006	In European Association of Urinary 21st Annual Meeting, Dr. Chen Chi-Zung, Director of Urological Department, DOH Hualien Hospital and Dr. Chang Cheng-Yeh, Urological Department of DOH Hsinchu Hospital, presented their reports on the results of treatment by using Lite-Med built G4 “Automatic Dual Localization & Calculus Tracking / Locking System ESWL” received many inquiries from professionals in this field. The reports of the two medical doctors were elected as the Best Paper of the day.
August 29, 2004	Lite-Med exhibited the world unique, latest generation “ESWL and Calculus Tracking / Locking System” in the 2004 Taiwan Urological Associating and 26th Academic Symposium. The unique tracking and locking function was widely discussed by urinary specialists.
June 11, 2004	Lite-Med joined the Taiwan Medical Equipment Elites Tour of India and Bangladesh sponsored by TAITRA visited New Delhi & Mumbai, India and Dakar, Bangladesh in 11 days with outstanding result of promotion.
May 9, 2004	Profs. Dean G. Assimos and J. Stuart Wolf Jr. gave speeches in 2004 American Urological Association (AUA04) in the title of “Shock Wave Lithotripsy Update” spoke specially that Ultrasound Real-time Tracking Function will become the mainstream of Lithotripter.
August 5, 2003	Automatic Dual Localization Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripter of Lite-Med won Silver Medal of Medical Equipment in the 2nd Medicine Technology R&D, sponsored by Department of Health and Ministry of Economic Affairs. The Award Presenting Ceremony was held on Aug. 5, 2003, hosted by Minister Chen Chien-Jen of DOH and Deputy Minister, Shih Yen-Shiang of MOEA.
July 29, 2003	Lite-Med participated in the “ New products, New Technology & New Industries” Exhibition of 2003 MOEA Industry Upgrading Train.
August 24, 2002	Lite-Med presented Taiwan designed and manufactured “Automatic Dual Localization Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripter” in 2002 Taiwan Urological Association Annual Meeting and 24th Academic Symposium and received wide and vigorous discussion.
